How to choose
160 cm² — carving and downwind; predictable tracking and clean transitions; not aimed at high-speed riding. 175 cm² — the allround size: control at speed with responsive turning across disciplines. 250 cm² — largest span for progressing riders; steadier lift and integrated winglets for yaw stability. All three are High Modulus Carbon (including the 160 — not G10).

This listing is the stabiliser in the product title. Pair it with your front wing and fuselage; larger front wings and newer riders usually favour the 250, while allround setups often use the 175. Fine-tune your foil around your ride
The fuselage is the heart of the foil - the horizontal bar that links the front wing and the stabilizer and sets the character of the ride.
You can build a single, do-it-all setup, or a modular quiver that swaps lengths and materials for different conditions.
A 60 cm fuselage paired with a 75–85 cm mast covers wing, downwind and surf — the one-quiver recommendation.
All fuselages accept the full Aeryn range of front wings, stabilizers and tail extensions.

Fuselage
The horizontal bar that links the front wing to the stabilizer and determines the ride's length and stability.
Front Connection
The interface that attaches the front wing to the fuselage.
Tail Extension
An interchangeable segment that lengthens the fuselage to tune stability and pitch.
Tracking
The foil's tendency to hold a straight line; longer fuselages and higher-aspect wings track better.
Pumping
Rhythmic up-and-down pumping of the foil to generate speed and lift without wind or swell.
Pitch Stability
The foil's resistance to nose-diving or lifting - longer fuselages add stability.
T600
A high-grade titanium alloy used for maximum strength and stiffness in critical connections.
The foil glossary
Mast
The vertical piece connecting the board to the fuselage. Determines flight height. Standard: 70 cm (beginner), 75–85 cm (all-around).
Front Wing
The main lift generator. Surface area (cm²) and aspect ratio define take-off ease, speed and glide. MA = entry/freeride, MHA = versatile, HA = glide/downwind.
Fuselage
The horizontal bar linking front wing to stabilizer. Shorter = tighter turns (freestyle). Longer = better tracking (downwind).
Stabilizer
The small stabilizer that balances the foil in flight. Larger = more stability. Smaller = looser, more responsive.
Aspect Ratio
Wingspan² ÷ surface area. Low AR (≤6): compact, maneuverable, forgiving. High AR (≥8.5): fast, efficient glide, better upwind. Medium AR (~7): versatile all-around.
Aluminium & Carbon
Aluminium: affordable, impact-resistant, ideal for learning. Carbon: lighter, stiffer, earlier take-off, more responsive. Best for intermediate+ riders.
Disciplines
Freeride: everyday riding, cruising, progression. Freefly: riding swell with the wing flagged. Wing Surf: waves with the wing in hand. Freestyle: jumps, rotations, tricks. Racing: speed on a course.
Pumping
Leg-driven motion to generate or maintain speed without wind or wing propulsion. Essential for dock starts, connecting waves, and downwind glides.
Jibe & Tack
Jibe: downwind turn, changing direction with the wind at your back. Tack: upwind turn, passing through the wind.
Stall
Loss of lift causing the foil to sink. Happens when speed drops below the foil's minimum flight speed (typically ~5 knots).
