Shipping Policy – Aeryn

We aim to deliver your Aeryn gear safely and on time, no matter where your next session takes you. The following outlines our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries via trusted delivery partners. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us to explore custom shipping options.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Additional customs duties or local import taxes (for non-EU countries) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions, as indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
    • Europe: 3–7 business days
    • Rest of world: 5–14 business days
  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, additional costs may apply. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re back on the water as soon as possible.

7. Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking for each parcel as it ships.
