Terms and Conditions – Aeryn

By placing an order with Aeryn, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all purchases, regardless of communication channel.

1. Validity of Terms

All orders and business interactions with Aeryn are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Alternative conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Equipe Trading B.V. management.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Products on our website serve as a catalogue, not a binding offer.
  • Clicking “Buy Now” creates a binding purchase request.
  • Order confirmation emails do not confirm contract acceptance.
  • A contract is only valid when you receive a shipping confirmation from us.
  • If products are unavailable or a listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will inform you promptly.
  • If a supplier cannot deliver an item, we may cancel the order and refund any payment within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, send notice by email or mail to support@aeryn.wold before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds

We will refund the full product cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. Delivery charges are excluded unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Returns

Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for diminished value if the goods are returned in used or damaged condition.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is handled by external shipping providers depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer absence, extra costs may apply.
  • Risk transfers to you once the goods are received.
  • Aeryn is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. We will inform you promptly in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices include VAT and are listed in Euros unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted methods include credit card and cash on delivery (if available).
  • Customs duties and taxes for non-EU shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchange rates are based on the European Central Bank and may cause slight price differences in other currencies.
  • Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

6. Right to Withhold Payment

Withholding payment is only permitted if a defect claim has been legally recognised and is related to the same order.

7. Retention of Ownership

All goods remain the property of Equipe Trading B.V. until payment is received in full.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

  • All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.
  • Normal wear and tear is excluded.
  • If a defect occurs, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • If this fails, you may request a price reduction or cancel the contract.
  • Send warranty claims to support@aeryn.wold. Non-warranty returns may be charged to the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aeryn is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits. This limitation applies to all staff and representatives unless the damage results from intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Links to third-party websites are for informational purposes only. Aeryn is not responsible for their content.

11. Customer Obligations

You must provide accurate information during checkout. Please notify us of any changes via support@aeryn.wold

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of your local residence or place of work. We recognise the National Ombudsman for out-of-court dispute resolution.

13. Data Protection

All customer data is processed according to applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that meet the original intent.
