Contest Terms for Aeryn P1 Parawing Pre-Launch Contest

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Equipe Trading B.V., registered at Phantom 14, 5126 RJ Gilze, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce registration number: 50942433) ("Organizer").

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on March 12, 2025 and continues until the e-commerce launch of the Aeryn Parawing in Q2 2025. The exact end date will be announced on our website at least 7 days before the contest closes.

3. Eligibility

• This contest is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Employees of Equipe Trading B.V., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible
• Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by local law

4. Entry Requirements

• Entry requires completing the subscription form with your first name, last name, and email address
• By completing and submitting the entry form, you consent to receive email marketing communications from Aeryn
• No purchase necessary to enter or win
• Limit one (1) entry per person/email address

5. Prize Description

• One (1) winner will receive an Aeryn P1 Parawing in the size of their choice
• Approximate retail value: €600 to €850, depending on size selected
• The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
• Any taxes or additional costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
• The random draw will take place within 14 days after the e-commerce launch in Q2 2025
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of selection
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility

7. Data Processing and Privacy

• Personal information (name and email address) is collected for:
  • Administering the contest
  • Sending marketing communications about Aeryn products and services
  • Notifying the winner
• The legal basis for processing is your consent
• Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe
• You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, as well as other rights as described in our Privacy Policy

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails

8. Consent to Marketing

• By entering this contest, you expressly consent to receive marketing emails from Aeryn
• This consent is a condition of entry to the contest
• You may withdraw your consent at any time after entry by unsubscribing, but this will not affect your contest entry

9. Liability Limitations

• To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the contest or as a result of accepting the prize
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in case of circumstances beyond its control
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

• These Contest Terms are governed by Dutch law
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably
• If no amicable solution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands
